Cement Australia has taken significant steps to reduce its carbon footprint. In response to both environmental concerns and the growing demand for sustainability, several ongoing and planned initiatives are being developed, aiming achieve net zero emissions by 2050.
In addition to Low Carbon Solutions, Cement Australia is developing projects that will reduce its manufacturing carbon emissions by utilizing alternative fuels, while hazardous waste is destroyed and co-processed into cement.
